Blue Lotus Water Gardens

On a beautiful Thursday morning we met at the entrance of the Lotus Gardens at Yarra Junction. We walked around the main lake stopping regularly to sit and chat in the shelters and admire the lotus plants. We had a photo taken on the famous Red Arched Bridge (Monet’s Bridge) which had a spray of water to cool us off. We viewed and marvelled the famous “Giant of the Amazon” waterlilies.

Then a tour of Mont De Lancey followed, giving us an insight to the past, as the weather warmed up. Another successful outing for our Probus Clu
